MS interview process is very immature , the HR and technical team appears to have disconnect what are the requirements and what they are hiring for. I was given a coding problem to solve it and next step was to have a call to discuss my solution.
They have been in touch with me for 2 months and after I send them solution to the coding problem, they did not provide any feedback on it nor they bother to discuss my solution.

I was asked to have a coding session, but interviewer did not even talk about it. The job description and technical question asked are way different .

Interview
Initial discussion with the HR, Technical phone screen followed by a second phone screen. Onsite interview where you will meet minimum 5 people - colleagues, managers, mentors and HR. 3 tech rounds, 2 behavioral rounds and Lunch served.
