30 min video meeting. The QA manager introduced the company and his group to me, and I introduced myself. Near the end of the interview, he gave me a question as an "exercise" and asked me to email him the answer by the end of that day.

Question 1
A nontechnical question that is related to surveillance video cameras. A camera can only save 10 random frames per second, while the video plays at 30 FPS. How can we deal with this so that we know which 10 frames are saved by the camera?
