Talked a bit about my resume and asked me a few questions about my projects. Then the interviewer asked a couple of technical questions like how to use grep, function overloading vs overriding, implement NAND gate with CMOS. The interview took about thirty minutes.
I applied online. I interviewed at Motorola Solutions
Interview
One call and a video interview, a relatively chill process overall. I received an offer quickly right after the second interview. There were over 4 people on the video interview, but no behavioral questions were asked.

Question 1
What are some of the projects you've worked on? How well do you work with others?
Only one interview. Weeks gap between application and recruiter contact. There is only one interview with the direct team. Very short and casual. 30 minutes long, Everyone was professional and communicative.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Motorola Solutions (Nashville, TN) in Jan 2025
Interview
The interview process was really straightforward and honest. They asked some great questions that gave them a genuine sense of who I am as a candidate. It started with a phone call to chat about my background and make sure we were on the same page. Then, I had a few video interviews with different team members, which really helped me understand the company culture and how I might fit in. They even included a skills test to see how I handle real-world problems. Overall, it felt like they were truly interested in getting to know me, not just checking boxes.
