Started off with an email from the HR and then a quick phone call. Followed by a video interview with the hiring manager and then an in person interview along with his peer. Finally an interview with the VP. It felt things were going in the right direction but out of the blue they stopped hiring for the role and did not fill the position. I was quite looking forward to it but hey organizations gotta do what they gotta do!

Flexible, willing to do video interviews if you can't be there in person. Mainly asked field related questions and were receptive to having enthusiasm for the job despite lack of experience.
