I applied online. The online application asks for salary requirement. Apparently they don't look at this. Most companies have an HR screening call that asks you your salary requirements. The HR person I dealt with skipped this step. I went through 3 interviews before HR asked me my salary requirements. We were way off, more than $30k off. Total waste of time for 5 Motorola employees.
