Motul interview questions

The process is efficient and straight-forward. Went through two interviews smoothly and completed in a month. The interviewers were easy to talk to and encouraged discussion-based conversation. The offer letter was comprehensive and relevant details were explained.

Interviewed with the HR and hiring manager. Questions about my past experiences, long term career goals, challenges faced in my previous jobs etc were asked. Lots of open-ended question that were irrelevant to the position were also asked, which felt unprofessional and inappropriate. The interviewers themself also felt like they had no clue what they were asking / wanted to ask.
