The interview process was okay, but ridiculously long. Honestly, it felt like as a candidate I was running for an ongoing marathon that didn't have an actual end or trying to be elected to be president. I studied HR at university and really understand the ins and outs of interviews, so I was kind of shocked that they would make it out to be so exclusive like that with 7 stages, it's honestly not ideal for anyone. Communication between interviewers appeared siloed which was a red flag. HR gave themes for interviews, but not everyone stuck with those themes. Some feedback was provided during the interview, but the response I received from senior management gave me an insight into their culture when I answered their question was honest but it wasn't particularly great. It gave me the impression of a bully/blame culture and also when I asked about a day in the role, I kind of got the insinuation that onboarding was an area that they didn't do well and seemed like a quite chaotic workplace especially when I was told that all training material used to be on slack. There were just red flags popping up that actually aligned with the negative reviews here, just be very careful when you apply.
