3 week, 3 round with group of panel. So in my case i was cleared the 1st round. Questions were on MongoDB DBA side (industry based questions on Replication, Sharding, Backups, Performance etc,) 2nd week 2nd round it was also got cleared it was fully technical. 3rd week 3rd round with Director. he didnot asked a single question, he asked about the salary and abut the project. but i got an email from HR side that you have not cleared 3rd round. I waste my three week there and at the end HR simple told that you have not selected without asking a question i am not selected. what a great company. If you donot want to hire somebody then please dont waste the others time also.
