First you have to register for the company,There will be short list your profile then online test based on your aptitude,technical skills,technical interview,hr interview takes place.This is the process.If you cleared this then they will give you letter of intent then you should accept it.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mphasis (Bengaluru) in Jul 2022
Interview
They had 3 rounds. One with team lead..one with manager and the last one was client interview. All the interviews had technical and functional questions and many of them were ofcourse regarding the application that I was interviewing for.

Question 1
Mostly technical and some regarding the work management
First Round: Telephonic interview, asked about my experience and challenges faced in my previous work.
Second Round: Video interview, a case study about software management scenarios. Overall good experience with the interview.
Final round: HR salary and policies.
