Went through a recruiter, had an over the phone interview the next day and then an interview over webcam. Easy process but the compensation was a bit confusing and the interviewers were a bit discouraging. They put emphasis on how difficult and time-consuming the role is but backed it up by saying the compensation makes up for it (which it didn’t, in my opinion)
