They called me for an Interview for internship, made me wait for 1 hr and after they called the interviewer ask me to give my introduction and about my family background, and Agile process after then he just ask me -Have you done any training? I said no, and asked him why training experience is required for an internship, it is designed to give training to fresher. He just said yes but we can't teach fresher from scratch. Then why are you hiring interns? Hire experienced professionals. I told HR If training experienced was required then you should have told me before. She laughs and says sir selected your resume I don't know about it. Very bad management and no professionalism
