The first step of the interview was conducted over the phone by a Human Resource employee. They ask very basic questions then set you up for a knowledge interview with one of Multivision's IT personal. The IT interviewer asked easy OOP, Java, SQL, ASP and VB.Net questions. This took about 20 minutes and you were given refresher materials before the interview. After this the a Human Resource manager will go over your next steps and set you up for training. Not a hard process at all.
