Municipality of Anchorage interview questions

I was contacted by a city employee one day after applying to set up the interview. Pretty straight forward and professional. Friendly. I was out of state so we used Teams.

Usually a three panel group asking hr approved questions. Some are general and some are more specific to the position you are applying to. If you know how to do the specific job you are applying for the interviews should not be too difficult. There is some weight put on the question of why are you applying for the position.
