I only gave the initial round with the hiring manager who himself had no technical background knowledge. The interview was 30 mins long and we talked about the role and my experience. There were no technical or behavioural questions asked in this interview.
The worst part is that, I was fully qualified for the position but the interviewer did not consider me because I did not have a US work permit, the requirement for US work permit was not mentioned anywhere in the job description. What is the point of wasting people's time like this ?
