Interview Process
3 rounds totaling approximately 3 hours: 30-minute recruiter screen, 60-minute Practice Leader interview, and 90-minute Manager interview.
What to Expect
The process is well-structured and moves at a reasonable pace. Each round has a distinct focus — the recruiter screen covers background and culture fit, the Practice Leader conversation goes deeper into your consulting experience and approach, and the Manager round is the most substantive, incorporating real-world use cases and scenario-based questions.
The interviewers are sharp and highly experienced — come prepared to have a genuine peer-level conversation, not just a surface-level pitch. They're evaluating how you think through problems as much as what you know.
Tips
Prepare specific examples from past implementations that demonstrate both technical depth and client-facing judgment. For the use case portion, think out loud and show your reasoning process. Cultural fit matters here — research the firm's values and be ready to speak authentically to how your work style aligns.
Overall, a professional and respectful process.
