To address what you labeled as your 1st red flag. It is our policy to have all candidates “hold” in the Zoom waiting room to allow the Myndshft interviewing team members to join the call. After this interview the PA Manager immediately let our admin team know that standard practice was not followed. After investigation, our IT team realized that there had been a Zoom software update and the waiting room setting was not reactivated. Our IT team took immediate action to reactivate this feature. Having the candidate on the call when the PA Supervisor joined was a surprise since this was not our standard process and resulted in your interviewing experience not meeting our goal.
To address what you labeled as your 2nd red flag. Myndshft always allows all team members to apply for open positions and internal candidates follow the same interviewing process as external candidates. Tenure with a company does not automatically mean an individual is ready or wants to be considered for a managerial role.
To address what you labeled as your 3rd red flag. I think there was a misunderstanding or communication with the question as we utilize 15Five for our performance management system which requires weekly check-ins with managers to ensure goals and objectives are being achieved. This approach allows for constant communications with team members to ensure success regardless of the role one holds at Myndshft.
