The sales side has a lot of energy, the engineering side was very disrespectful and changed the interviewing times on several occasions across multiple interviews. This makes it hard when you have a full time career to keep changing times. The pre-sales engineering team is too focused on catching you in a tech question, rather than finding anything out about the other half of the job, ie. soft-skills, client relationships, am relationships, financials, c-level pitching, resources, etc.
