I had 3 interviews - Recruiter, Senior Manager, VP. All 3 interviews went well. I left feeling very positive; the VP actually told me I had the job. I sent Thank You notes to everyone. Then I was ghosted - by the recruiter, the VP everyone. I was approached on LinkedIn by a different recruiter.
