Standard process, which started with a screening interview on the phone. I didn't get past this stage. It ended with the interviewer (the hiring manager) saying to me, in the snarkiest tone, "I'll let you know." I never heard from her again. I find this appalling in addition to just plain rude. An organization totally built around showing compassion to homeless and addicted women can't muster any additional kindness to inform job candidates that they won't be moving on in the interview process? How much effort would it take to send even a form email to all the "no" candidates? How must they treat actual employees if they treat potential employees that rudely?
