Three interviews went well, the fourth one was rescheduled over and over again until they even stopped replying back to my emails. Then they disappeared... It was very unprofessional of them. But anyway I guess they're very busy, but at least give me the courtesy of a rejection email.

The interview took place in German to my surprise. The posting was in English and there was no German skill requirement specified in the posting. But their return pace is quite fast.

Zunächst erster Call mit Screening durch HR mit allgemeiner Vorstellung und Stellenbeschreibung. Daraufhin folgte ein Gespräch mit dem Team Lead mit technischerem Bezug. Die Kommunikation war klar und das Gespräch freundlich.

After applying I had one phonecall, which was just a simple and quick chat. Then I got called and informed that I would be allowed to have two more videocalls with two people from the team.
