I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NCR Corporation
Interview
First you apply online. After a week or two you receive multiple phone interviews with different recruiters. You have a meeting in Panera (or similar place) with your future Manager. After they offer you the job you have about 20-30 pages worth of documents to overlook and sign and must fax/scan them and email them back. They use a third-party company to handle the background check and drug test.
Interview, job offer, 4 week background and drug test, then finally manager introduction. Work is busy, chaotic, on call, inconsistent schedule. Higher pay with higher demand, less time for home life
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NCR Corporation (Kernersville, NC)
Interview
If you pass the mechanical aptitude test, you will get a call for an interview. If not, you will hear nothing. Interview is your typical phone interview first, if you impress, they will do a face to face.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NCR Corporation (Dallas, TX) in Aug 2023
Interview
I applied online. Recruiter call the same week. Standard recruiter call. Also Recruiter would not share info about pay until "later in the process." Very odd for a company this size. Removed my name from consideration at that time. Also asked her for feedback about the company culture and she ignored the question and continued with her questionnaire.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had to deal with an angry customer.
