Initial phone interview went great - the interviewer was really kind asking loads of questions (formal and informal), so it made it a nice experience.
She let me know the interview went really well, and that id hear a response the following Monday. Heard nothing, chased the week after and again nothing. They had blanked me! Extremely unprofessional.
