The worst experience of interviewing I've ever had. Please, take my word for this and don't apply here.
I applied for it during the campus drive. They took a first coding round in which 3 programming problems were given to code.
After that, nobody contacted for two whole months, even Indian government department is fast than this.
When they send the list of qualifying candidates, I came to know that I was selected too. After a whole two weeks later, their team arrived on our campus.
Their HR doesn't even know how to communicate properly, I've never seen such a worst prep placement talk. To my surprise, she told us that there are going to be three more rounds. Jesus!
Can you believe such an excruciating interview process for the package of 3LPA?
Interview began and I was the last candidate to be interviewed. The interviewer was sitting with a grim face and didn't even had the manners for a handshake. I wish somebody could teach them how to behave with your candidate.
He asked me questions which he had copied in his laptop, these questions are asked in the top software companies, not the one hiring a cheap labour. Questions were asked randomly, one from data structures, second from OS , then networking --- I wish I could've asked that do they even know for what work are they hiring? Second thing, he had never programmed in java and was asking me questions that were valid only for C++.
At the end of the interview, he didn't ask me if I have any question - he said 'OK you can go' and ran to the door before me. Looks like he was in an hurry to reach his home!!
Conclusion - Please don't. They're looking for cheap labour.
