Interview
Boring - seemed to bothered about my personal life rather than why I wanted the job.
They asked if i was under 25 and also if I wanted to work just weekend and later shifts.
Lady seemed really nice though and passionate about her job.
Some normal competency questions around experience, education and situational tasks. then spent a little time on the floor to practice interacting with customers and staff. Then we reviewed after and got offered the job.
quite a casual interview and made sure to make me feel at ease. in my case, me and other candidates were all waiting in one room waiting to be called for individual interviews
I was invited to the store and given a briefing and a quick chat. I was then asked to carried out a few tasks for about half an hour to learn what I could be doing and also to see how I would work in the store. I was also offered a £10 voucher for attending the interview.
