I had to fill up an online form with basic questions about how would you act and what would you do in front of certain scenarios. After that and giving an idea of my time to work there I was shortlisted. In the interview day I basically had to answer certain questions relating my CV and previous experiences but few questions. The interview in itself was more to see how would I perform on the shop floor. I had a person monitoring me (not the whole time, of course) to see how I interacted with customers and how could I help them. How where my manners and so on. Really exciting and fun, to be honest.

Sit down interview with a manager asked numerous questions about my previous experience and set challenges to see how I would deal with certain situations that could happen in the job
