Interview
I had a positive first interview and was asked to do a task to present in person for the second interview. The task was huge, creating 6 social media posts, email copy and more, my interview got pushed back and when it finally came the interviewers were so uninterested in my presentation they kept their coats on and talked about the traffic getting home before I’d even started. I was turned down the next day, I emailed the recruiter asking for feedback as the task was so extensive I atleast wanted some valuable feedback to take away and I was completely ignored. Weeks of work for rude interviewers and recruiters.

Interview
I was asked to do a huge task for the interview creating email copy, social media and website copy for several products. It took a lot of time and I had to present this at interview. The interviewers were friendly enough but didn’t take their coats off and sat with their bags in the hands from the beginning. They were complimentary about my work but they asked me no questions and left with me after it was done and went straight to their cars. I was turned down by email the next day. I then explained the weird attitude to the next recruiter and asked if I could at least have some written feedback on the task as it was so extensive. I never received a response. Pretty poor from a recruiter whose entire job it is to work with candidates and considering I spent weeks creating a presentation going above and beyond they couldn’t even give me some feedback. I will never apply for another job there again.
