Average interview process time - about 10-12 days. 3 interviews, including the preliminary phone interview. Very friendly with each person I came across - felt like they were already coworkers.

Tell me about yourself, why do you think you're a great fit for this position, etc. Few challenging questions here and there but for the most part if you can ace the general ones you can get pretty far along the process.
