Absolutely unprofessional behavior, after communication of the next round, the candidate is getting gosted. For such company it is unacceptable and disrespectful toward the candidates.

The interview process was more like a conversation, there were no tests or actual questions testing my knowledge. There were no situational questions, I just had to explain my CV to different people.
