I initially had a phone interview with an HR coordinator. After that I was tasked two develop two press releases. I had 24 hours to complete the assignment. Following day I got a phone call from HR to set up an in-person interview with the hiring manager.

Interview
This was a 2 stage interview starting with 1 online and then an in person. Meeting with the hiring manager and department director. Got an offer within a few weeks of the second interview.

Phone interview was conducted between different weeks and different people. First started with a recruiter, and then continuing to move up higher at NRG. The last interview was with multiple people who worked in the company.

Application is done through skillbridge website then phone call from talent acquisition. The call was a brief summery of the position and locations available. The talent acquisition agent will try and place the candidates in an open best suited to their strengths.
