Very relaxed, informative and collaborative. Ask questions and expect hard questions. They test how you question a question more valuably than how you answer said questions. Now I don't think.

An hour long prescreening on the phone with a department manager, then one two hour long interview with the management team. Each came in separately over that amount of time.
