Interview
6 rounds. 1. IQ test 2. Coding round 3.MCQ test (All 3 are online using tests.mettl) followed by 3 technical rounds. After all the rounds the HR calls me and says you have cleared all the rounds and I'll start with the approval process and call you back in 2 days for the HR round. A week passed by and no call. So I connected with the HR and she says your profile is not shortlisted. Now I don't know why everyone's time was wasted in the process. Company reviews are anyways not good, now that I have experienced the interview process, sure shot is not a good company. Not only did they waste my time, they wasted time even of their own employees.

Beware of the interview process of Nagarro.
I had given couple of interviews but experienced unprofessional behaviour from the recruiter. Recruiter is fraud , he asked for documents and then did not reply to any of the emails or phone calls , not even gave any feedback. Very hopeless and pathetic behaviour from recruiter, don't waste your time here.
Asked basic dsa,OOPs,questions from Linked List , Array mostly and projects . Then in HR round , basic intro , effect of AI , traditional or Digital mode of classroom.
They have just two technical round. I got through a friend reference who was working and got an invite for interview in a week for a technical round.
The interview process was very smooth.
