My interview process had started on 27th Aug 2021, with Nagarro they have given an online Aptitude Test initially, then there came another online coding test which they sent me on 31st Aug 2021, after clearing that round they have sent me another MCQ Test on 1st September which I have cleared and they have mentioned someone from the team will contact me in 2 working days but after waiting for almost 2 weeks I got a call on 14th Sep from one of the HR. She scheduled my first interview round on 20th Sep, after clearing that round I got a call back from HR on 20th itself that I have cleared the round and the next round will be scheduled soon. And then she disappeared, she didn't try to contact me. I called her multiple times and then she didn’t pick my call. If one is investing almost a month in your pathetic interview process, it’s their right to know the status of their candidature. Then I got a call back from her again on 24th September, Friday, she wanted to conduct the last round on 25th and I had taken the vaccine thinking it's a weekend and I will be fine by Monday if there’s any aftereffect. She called me and force me to have this interview either on weekend or they can't continue with my candidature as the panel will not be available. So I decided to go with the weekend interview. It was SUPPOSED to be a 45-minute interview which he hardly took for 10 minutes and only asked me "Have you worked on this or have you worked on that". But did not go deep into any concept and after waiting for 3 days, I called HR on 28th Sep and then she mentioned they are not continuing with my candidature. This whole process took more than a month to finally decide that I am not worthy of their organization.

Got referred by an employee and then HR called to arrange for an interview. Went with the 5 interview rounds: Written a technical algorithm, analytical abilities, f2f two technical rounds and finally managerial round.
