Namu Travel is the same than Costa Rica Vacations.
They called me on the phone, no appoitment whatsoever. During the first minute of the call he introduced himself and told me they offered no base salary for the job, they paid only commission, they give no computer, did I have one? what did I think of that? I decided to go on with it and see how it went. Then he told me they expected people to work long hours, at least a 50 hour week, weekends and nights. Then he said they had a team of very competitive people, was I competitive? Would I be willing to compete with others? This time I felt like I was going to battle. The whole thing was very ackward, he sounded tired, cold exhausted, something like that.
I thought they could have played it different “we are a supper successful company, and therefore we want competitive people who are willing to work hard…” he never told me what the average salaries were, what to expect, what were the advantages, nothing that would make it inviting to work there.
They are "willing" to pay $1000 per month “for the time you are trained”, no insurance or health care of any kind, no additional bonus, no pluses whatsover, they also want you to have an international bank account to get paid.
The whole thing was to say the least ackward.
