Highly unprofessional. I was invited for an interview over Zoom, but the interviewer never showed up. I stayed for the whole length of the interview time, hoping they'd show, but still no show. Then, I politely asked for a time to reschedule afterwards. However, they then emailed me a rejection without ever interviewing me. No explanation about them being a no show to the interview.
