Received an invite to interview in person at their Temecula office. The interviewer led me to believe that I was a top candidate but ended up ghosting me. I interviewed on a Thursday and they said they would have a decision by Friday, the following day. A week later, I follow up and received no reply.

Standard interview process and all seemed well and I was told I would get a second interview once the deciding person was well again. Then they decided that they were going to hire internally, wish they would have figured that out before I spent the time and money to interview.

Submitted my resume. Set up an interview. Job offered the same day. Very quick process since they needed someone to fill in right away. Definitely negotiate for a higher wage because you will get a 50 cent raise every year which is nothing. Don't let this be your only job interview.
