The process began on the 14th of one month, and I was ghosted by the 29th of the following month. After two great interviews with key team members including the role's direct report, the direct report reached back out to schedule a third interview. After I shared my availability, I never heard back. I followed up a week after I gave them my availability, and did not get a response. After feeling like chances were good that I'd get an offer in the third interview, it was beyond disappointing to never hear back.
