Nature’s Bakery interview questions

Screening with recruiter. After giving my availability I was not notified until the day of that my interview would take place the same day. A panel interview with 3 different people. After a week from the interview I heard nothing. I sent an email to the recruiter to follow up. No response until 2 weeks later telling me I didn't get the job.

HR Screening, Hiring Manager interview, panel interview. Communication throughout the process was terrible and got ghosted which was very unprofessional after spending so much time. The least you can do is reply.
