For 2nd round of technical interview , the interviewer is confused in his questions itself no proper understanding of what they are actually looking for in the candidate . Then HR will tell you that you've been selected and will ask you to negotiate your notice period with your current employers and then ghosting will start. Then after days of inquiring no offer letter will be given .
