The interview arranged for position of Web Developer & UX UI developer. It seems like good company like infrastructure , atmosphere, culture. The crowd was also decent. I decided "Thats what I want.... Ok, lets crack this interview and then join as soon as possible....." But letter I come to know 2 things that i completely dis agree... 1. Two years Bond 2. Rs. 75,000/- as security deposit (That will give back to u when u will organisation and that too after completing 2 years) I denied offer even though they are offering me very good package and facilities. Bonds and security deposits are old school policies. Bond are feel like jail.. and 75,000 deposit... if I invest same money in stack market i will make more than 1,50,000 within a year.... or keep that in fix deposit in bank. At the rate of 10% u will get 90,000 after 2 years without doing anything.
