      Director Interview

      8 Jan 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Neill in Oct 2011

      Interview

Initial interview was a group setting with multiple applicants. Their idea of a great ice breaker was to "interview" the person next to you and then that person introduces you to the group. I don't know if I'm weird, but if I'm competing with 16 people for the same job, I want to introduce myself and not have another candidate choose what is said about me based on their 5 minute assessment! I didn't get the job that was being vetted in this arena, but they found an opening more suitable for my skill set and after that the interview process was fairly standard and relatively easy.

      Question 1

In this setting, there weren't really any difficult questions that I can recall, just that I had no control over how I was presented to the interview panel.
