1. Unprofessional conduct of interview with inappropriate and chauvinist "joke" - "blond and in their 20s" isn't the answer to the question of the description of your ideal employee. Especially, not coming from someone who seems to be one of the decision makers in your company.
2. Apparently, the lack of preparation from interviewers side, the panel didn't seem to know what they were doing in the interview.
3. Sign of no company value and culture, the panel showed no sense or little understanding of the company and gave the most effortless and same answers to around 2-3 questions about the company itself.
4. Signs of poor management and micromanaging, no constructive answer to "where is the company heading in the next 5 years?, etc", only and same answers to "because things happened so fast" - Apparently, the decision makers in the company have no clue what they are taking its employees nor have plans in place.
