Applied for the role of Java Microservices Opportunity at Ness Bangalore. 3 Rounds of Interviews (2 Technical & 1 Manager Round) followed by HR Interview Round
Interview process coordination is lot better than what I heard from my friend who attended the process 9 months ago.
My 1st Round was Telephonic and shortlisted they mentioned in-depth technical coding interview in the 2nd Round. Recruitment team has sent F2F Call letter with the Google Map Location link. This helped me to reach the venue easier. Sourcing team was in constant touch with me till I reached the venue .
Recruiter received almost after 5 mins I waited at the reception and introduced me to the Panel. It went for 45 mins - 1 Hour. It was easy to coordinate with recruiter since they shared their mobile contact details
Manager round happened with 10 mins delay but they have informed in prior about the delay and offered me Tea / Coffee.
Overall process is good till now and i am waiting for my client round interview since 1 week due to client availability slots pending (sourcing team have informed about the delay). Let us see!

First round will be telephonic, on clearing it will online tech round video conference. Then HR round for salary negotiation. screen sharing needs to be done for tech rounds is small programs are given during interviews.
