To work at Nestle in Bakersfield, first you need to enter through a hiring agency, in my case it was Volt. Volt offered me the position without an interview really, they refer the job to almost everyone, they just ask if you have a high school degree, and transportation, I overheard the interview prior to mine, and another question they ask is if you have prior warehouse experience, and although the person before me said no, the "interviewer" offered them the position anyways, and told them to say that they did have warehouse experience if they asked while at the job.
