I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nestlé (Belgium, WI) in Jan 2022
Interview
The interviewer was very kind and easy going. It were more overal questions and not so deep going. It was a pleasure to do it, I learned a lot from them.
The process was fairly classic and well-structured: it began with an HR call that included an assignment, followed by two rounds of interviews involving three managers. Overall, the experience was smooth, professional, and efficiently organized from start to finish.

why marketing if you have done finance as majors in PG
Very long process. Took months for response and offer was very low. Recruiter seemed interested in learning why I rejected offer. Asked how I felt about sneaking into NYC buildings to sell product.
