Interview
Was first contacted by the HR with a basic phone screening. Next they set up an online interview with two of the web developers. Interview consisted of going over my background and explaining my experiences in web development. All of the questions were asked by one developer while the other just sat there looking bored. Was then given a take home exam to build a mock web page. Sent the assignment back same day and then was ghosted. I sent a follow up a week later with no response.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Net eSolutions (McLean, VA) in Sept 2013
Interview
Accept job application from online, employee referral and through recruiter. Three steps interview process. Interview process start with telephone interview. Then shortlisted candidate get call for face to face onsite interview. That interview consist of overall career review, experience discussion , problem discussion and hands on test. Hands on test depends on as per job responsibilities. The final interview will be with the MD and at that time if someone selected they will discuss on salary and available date for join.
