Process was okay. Multiple interviews with the same person was confusing and seemed unnecessary. Communication was not great during the process. They did not update me as things were moving and went silent once I was no longer a candidate, Received an automatic email after making it to the final round, No communication when I asked for feedback.

Question 1
How would you help prepare sales reps for objections?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NetDocuments (Vancouver, WA) in Feb 2025
Interview
Initial phone interview was with HR. This interview is extremely short and simple with very basic questions.
Second interview was with the hiring manager. The hiring manager asked "Why would you apply for this position if you don't have experience in this specific role?" They also could not answer what skills or traits someone with experience would have, so sharing my previous experience and skills that align with what they are looking for was impossible at that point.
While HR encourages people who do not meet every bullet point on the job posting, the hiring manager did not seem aligned with this practice.
Overall a negative experience where they rejected the application but I was glad they did.

Question 1
Why would you apply for this position when you don't have experience in this exact role?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NetDocuments in Nov 2024
Interview
The interview process was clear and to the point. I first interviewed with an HR team member. Then about a week later I was moved directly into a second interview with Christian the sales director and Tyler a team lead. They let me know clear next steps and when I would expect to hear back on whether I would be hired.
