I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Networx (Sandy Springs, GA) in Jul 2017
Interview
After proving I was the excellent candidate, and that I was sincerely interested in working there, they turned me down because I was overqualified and "from the other side". I had been in the construction industry as one of their long-time customers and after spending $1,000's on their services, my company went belly up, which I will admit is not a consequence of their service, at least not solely. They did hurt my cash flow by not refunding several bad leads, but that is expected with lead generation companies. I decided to slow things down with my own business and go back to an office environment where I could make a steady income and build within another company instead of dealing with a million problems that arise from running your own business for a while. Instead of welcoming my expertise, they stole as much knowledge about my experience as a consumer and told me to come back for another interview. Then, the morning of the 2nd interview when I was halfway to their office, they inconsiderately called me telling me they would "not be going through with my application." Their services are shotty at best (reason why I wanted to go in and make a difference) and their customer service is worse. I can't believe I thought I could go in and help them be the "difference" in the construction lead sales industry by offering a more knowledgeable and relatable experience. Stay away unless you like a loud environment while trying to take phone calls. None of them genuinely care about their clients, hard working contractors looking for some solid opportunities. They will strip you of everything you have by renewing your leads at the worst times for your cash flow cycle and don't understand what "not right now" means.

Question 1
Why do you want to work here because we don't want to waste time training you if you are just going to leave in a few months?
