      Marketing Interview

      28 Jan 2013
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Irvine, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Netwrix (Irvine, CA)

      Interview

The CEO contacted me regarding an executive-level marketing position. He said that he liked my resume and wanted me to complete a questionnaire that would serve as a "first round interview." I completed and returned the questionnaire. When I tried to follow up on the materials I sent, I heard nothing. Over a two-month period, I sent several emails and left numerous voice mails. Absolutely no communication from the company. A simple "thanks but no thanks" would have been sufficient. However, since the company initiated the contact, not responding at all proves the complete lack of professionalism on the part of the CEO, as well as anyone that is responsible for human resources. This was to be an executive-level position that reported to the CEO. I feel sorry for those who do work for him.
