First, hiring manager interviewed me and asked basic questions related to my education, previous employment, and availability. Then, I was send to another person who further asked me about my experience.

Interview
No phone screen. On-site interviews after first contact by an Admin assistant to schedule interview.
If you don't make it to subsequent interviews they "Ghost" you, which is rude and unprofessional.
