A developer will join the meeting and ask questions, expecting answers that align exactly with what he has in mind. If you attempt to provide responses based on your knowledge, they are likely to be disregarded and subtly ridiculed.
Overall: **not worth it**
- its my 6th round for 3-4LPA(what a joke) max 15% HIKE EVERY JUNE
- 3 years bond with 2 lakhs as clause for 3-4 LPA (which they tell in the end)
- 2 years bond with 2 lakhs as clause for 2.5-3 LPA
- even night shifts for men without compensations.

It's a online assessment, there is question of java hibernate, normal mcq question is available.. Easy to clear , normal not hard for me that is the process , next round is technically, and then he round.....
